A booking website for your car rental agency
With Rentoth, every car rental agency gets a booking website, included in every plan. It shows your cars, your prices and their availability, takes booking requests from your customers, and runs on youragency.rentoth.com or on your own domain name, in six languages including Arabic. The technical side of search engine optimisation (page titles, AutoRental structured data, a sitemap) is generated automatically from your own details.

What is on your agency's booking website?
The website presents your agency and your fleet, with a page for every car. Everything it shows comes from your Rentoth dashboard: when you change a car or a price, the website follows.
- Home page: the agency's name, city, address, phone number and opening hours, the cars you feature and your own introduction.
- Fleet: all your cars, with a search by dates that shows which ones are free.
- A page for each car: photos, gearbox, fuel, number of seats, daily price (and prices by rental length if you set them), deposit, mileage policy and the insurance options you offer.
- Extras and delivery: a child seat or any other extra, charged per day or per rental; delivery, with one fee for your delivery cities and, if you deliver further, one fee for other cities, and an amount above which it is free if you want one.
- Conditions, pick-up and questions: your rental conditions (age, licence, documents, fuel, cancellation), the payment and deposit methods you accept, your pick-up points with the meeting point, and answers to common questions written from your data, plus your own.
- Reviews: your testimonials, with their stars (never declared to Google as ratings), and an "Our Google reviews" button that links to your profile.
- Follow-up: customers find their request again with their booking reference and email address.
How do your customers book online?
The customer sends a booking request from the car's page, and you confirm or decline it in Rentoth. Nothing is confirmed without you.
- The customer picks a car and dates; the website checks that the car is free.
- They see the total price, extras and delivery included, and the deposit that applies.
- They send the request with their contact details and get a booking reference, on screen and by email.
- The request lands in Bookings, with a notification in your dashboard and an email to the agency. The car stays held for those dates for up to 3 hours, so that another customer cannot book it at the same moment; if you do not answer, it becomes available again and you are told.
- You confirm or decline the request, and the customer is told by email. Once it is confirmed, you create the contract from it: the customer, car, dates and price are already filled in.
The website takes no card payments: Rentoth does not collect your customers' money. Payment and the deposit are settled with your agency (cash, card or bank transfer), and you record them in Rentoth.
Does the website work with WhatsApp?
Yes, as soon as you save your WhatsApp number in Website Design, under Social Media. A WhatsApp button then appears on every car's page and in the bar fixed at the bottom of the screen on phones.
On a car's page, the button opens a chat with a message already written that names the car and, if the customer picked them, the dates. You get a precise request instead of a bare "is it available?".
Without a WhatsApp number, the website offers to call your phone number instead.
Can you use your own domain name?
Yes. The website starts on a Rentoth address such as youragency.rentoth.com, and you can then connect it to your own domain, for example www.youragency.ma.
- Buy the domain from the provider of your choice (a registrar), if you do not own it yet.
- In Rentoth, open the Domain page and enter the domain name.
- At your registrar, add the DNS record the page shows: a CNAME for an address like www.youragency.ma, an A record for youragency.ma.
- We check that the domain points to Rentoth, then activate it. DNS changes can take a while to spread.
Once the domain is verified, the youragency.rentoth.com address redirects to your domain (a 301 redirect): search engines see one website at one address. The domain stays yours, and you renew it.
The booking website guide also sums up these settings.
Which languages is the website available in?
Your visitors can read the website in Arabic, French, English, Spanish, German or Italian, using the language switcher at the top of the page. Arabic is shown right to left.
You choose the website's language: the one it opens in for a new visitor, and the one Google and other search engines read. Your agency introduction can be written in each language; car names and descriptions appear exactly as you wrote them.
Search engines read the website in one language only, the website's language. The other five are there for your visitors, without indexed pages of their own.
What does Rentoth do to help your website get found on Google?
Rentoth handles the technical side of search engine optimisation automatically, from the details you enter. It promises no ranking: Google decides the order of results.
| Item | What Rentoth generates | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Pages readable without JavaScript | Every page is sent with HTML text of your details: the home page with name, address, phone, opening hours and cars with prices; the fleet with every car and its price; each car with its price, specifications and deposit. | Google recommends server-side rendering because not all bots can run JavaScript. |
| Page titles | "Your agency — Car rental in your city", "Our fleet — Your agency", "Model — price per day | Your agency". | Google recommends descriptive titles that differ on every page, with the site name. |
| AutoRental structured data | Name, address, phone, opening hours, Google Maps link, price range, cities served, social profiles and your other branches; on each car's page, Car data with its price offer (daily price and prices by rental length). | AutoRental is the schema.org type for a car rental business, and Google advises the most specific business type. |
| Sitemap and robots.txt | A sitemap.xml listing the home page, the fleet and every car, with its last update date and main photo. | A sitemap helps search engines discover your pages, without guaranteeing they are indexed. |
| One address per page | A canonical address on every page, and a 301 redirect from your youragency.rentoth.com address to your verified domain. | Google treats a redirect as a strong signal when choosing which address to show. |
| No ratings in structured data | No ratings or reviews in the structured data. | Google recommends that markup only for sites that capture reviews about other local businesses. |
If you leave the home page's main headline empty, the website shows "Your agency — car rental in your city". Car photos also get a descriptive text with the model and the city.
What about your Google Business Profile?
Your agency still has to create it: Rentoth cannot create or verify your Google profile for you. Yet your profile is what presents your agency in local results on Google Maps and Search, and Google says it ranks those results mainly by relevance, distance and prominence.
Rentoth saves you time with the "Google visibility" panel on the Website Design page: your name, address, phone, opening hours and website address, ready to copy exactly as the website shows them, and a checklist (category, hours, photos, asking every customer for a review the same way, the same details everywhere).
Use the name on your sign and your contracts, without added keywords: Google's guidelines ask for the name the business really uses.
Can you customise the website's design?
Yes, in Website Design: twenty starting themes, your colours, your logo and your cover image. You can hide the sections you do not need and change their order.
What matters most is your own content: photos of your real cars, your introduction, your terms and your opening hours. That is what sets your website apart from other agencies' websites.
What does the website not do?
Better to know before you choose:
- No online payment: Rentoth does not collect your customers' payments.
- No vehicle tracking on the website: GPS tracking, read-only, stays in the agency's dashboard.
- No app to install from a store: the website and the dashboard run in the browser, on phones as on computers.
- Only one language read by search engines: the website's language.
- No online sign-up: we set up your agency with you after a demo.
- Your Google Business Profile and your customers' reviews remain your job.
How much does the website cost?
The website is part of every Rentoth plan; it is not sold as an add-on. Plans and their prices are on the pricing page. If you want your own domain name, you buy and renew it with your registrar.
Questions and answers
Is the website included in the Rentoth price?
Yes. Every plan includes the booking website at no extra cost. A custom domain name, if you want one, is bought separately from your registrar. There is no setup fee; plans and their prices are on the pricing page.
Can customers pay online on the website?
No. The website takes booking requests. Payment and the deposit are settled with your agency, which records them in Rentoth.
Can I keep my current domain name?
Yes, if you can change its DNS records at your registrar. You add the record shown on the Domain page, then we verify it. Your Rentoth website then opens at that address, in place of any website that was there before, and youragency.rentoth.com redirects to your domain.
Will my website be on the first page of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. Rentoth takes care of the technical side (readable pages, titles, structured data, sitemap). Your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your photos and your own texts matter too.
